1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose — monthly or yearly — and renew automatically until you cancel. The price, and any tax on it, is shown before your plan starts.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We don’t charge a cancellation fee.
3. When we refund
We don’t give pro-rata refunds for a period that has already started, except where the law requires it or where we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
We will refund you in full if:
- we charged you in error, or charged the wrong amount;
- a payment was taken after you had already cancelled; or
- the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault and we cannot put it right.
If you think any of these apply, contact us (section 6) and we’ll put it right.
4. Your statutory rights (UK & EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it (the “cooling-off period”), without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the service during that period and then cancel, we may keep an amount in proportion to what you have used. These rights are in addition to anything in this policy, and nothing here affects them.
5. Free trials
Where we offer a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. We tell you before the trial ends and before any first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
6. How to request a refund
Email help@formabi.com from the address on your account, telling us what you’d like refunded and why. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, so a refund may show on your statement under their name as well as ours.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when. Material changes will be notified in line with our Terms of Service.
